Assistant Manager

Full-time permanent position
We are in search of an Assistant Manager with a proven background within a high-volume restaurant operation. The candidate must be able to perform under pressure, while still taking excellent care of our customers and employees. We are seeking someone with a hands-on approach who will be completely committed to the development of the team and to excellent customer service, and who is excited to grow the Zameen brand and business.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales, while maintaining the bottom line.
- Preparing staffing schedules.
- Ordering and re-ordering of supplies.
- Management of opening and closing procedures.
- Handling customer complaints and requests.
- Ensuring orders are taken and processed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
- Ensuring that the whole team adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
- Possessing strong energetic leadership qualities.
- Training and developing new and existing team members.
- Demonstrating excellent people skills.
- Maintaining good organizational skills.
