Wood-burning Pizza Oven Operator
Full time permanent position
We are seeking someone with pizza / bread / tortilla making and dough handling experience to operate our gas-fired WoodStone™ pizza oven and handle our flatbread baking and prep work. Previous experience of working with a wood burning or gas-fired pizza oven a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle dough and flatbread pizza preparation.
- Cook and present food to order and adhere to company food preparation and timing standards.
- Produce consistent, high-quality bread menu items.
- Must complete all required paperwork, sidework, stocking, daily cleaning tasks.
- Quickly process and prioritize orders.
- Work efficiently and effectively in high-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
