Shish Kebob Broiler Operator
Full time permanent position
This candidate must have previous grilling / barbequing and food prep experience. Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced, high-volume environment, overseeing the kebab broiler station.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage kebab broiler station, including marinating and cooking of kebabs and other charbroiled / grilled menu items.
- Learn to adhere to standards as they relate to food storage, rotation of product, and temperatures.
- Cook and present food to order and adhere to company food preparation and timing standards.
- Produce consistent, high-quality charbroiled / grilled menu items.
- Must complete all required paperwork, sidework, stocking, daily cleaning tasks.
- Quickly process and prioritize orders.
- Work efficiently and effectively in high-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
