Food Prep
Full and part time positions available
We are looking for team players with previous food prep/food-handling and dishwashing experience to handle the “back-of house” operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and process all food orders in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Quickly process and prioritize orders.
- Produce consistent, high-quality salad, soup and side menu items.
- Assist other stations with prep work as needed.
- Receiving, checking, unpacking and storing food deliveries.
- Flexibility to rotate stations and handle ad-hoc requests.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Have excellent working knowledge of the menu and ingredients.
- Have an energetic personality and be a team player.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- May be required to wash and organize dishes, plates, glasses, silverware and smallwares.
